AVOID this unit. The Russian owner has a well known penchant for abusing security deposits and bullying tenants into making costly bogus repairs. The unit is furnished from 3 decades ago and everything has outlasted its normal life; the owner uses this to her advantage, deducting thousands of dollars for 'damage', 'abuse' or 'neglect'. Shame on any broker for steering tenants to this woman.
