Discussion about Rocket Factory Lofts at 100 South 4th Street in Williamsburg
Building management is a joke. I've had multiple packages stolen from the mail / package room, as have other tenants. Trash routinely not picked up. Elevators and common areas are rarely cleaned. There are so many professionally run buildings in the area that are a fraction of the price of this place. Wish I'd never signed the lease.
