This unit has had numerous sales fall through for no apparent reason for more than a year. The broker claims he can sell it to one without board approval because of what he describes as "unsold shares." That is what happened to us. Going through the process of attempting to buy the unit was a nightmare. Be sure you do your homework thoroughly. Something here is not transparent.
