We recently bough a condominium at the Channel Club. When we brought up our concerns of a possible fire hazard, to the original board president, he was a wonderful man, attentive, listener, concerned about our concerns and was ready to help in andy way. He met us at our new condominium we bought at the Channel Club even though it was obvious he was not well and was physically uncomfortable. Not long after he passed away (of a wonderful man) and we got a new board president. We called him about the same concerned we had, he hung up on us, we called him again, he hung up on us. We called the Channel Club attorney about our concerns of a fire hazard, the attorney hung up on us.
