Hi all, Does anyone know what happened with 238 E 30th St 1E? It was a foreclosure website with an opening bid of around $25,000. Out of curiosity, I had gone to the court house one of the day of the auction was scheduled. Of course the auction date had gotten postponed. Apparently, that is common in foreclosures. Anyway since the date got moved I'm sure if the apartment sold or if it is short sale. Does anyone know how I can find out more about what happened? I remember the owner had a small balance that the bank was trying to collect from her mortgage in the 80s or 90s. Seems like a nice enough place.
