What is your estimation on what it would cost to do a gut reno the interior of the house is is very bad condition 1179 sq ft We want to do new walls and floors. New kitchen and bathroom - ikea or equivalent and we will do the labour ourselves. mid range appliances. Open up the attic space to expose vaulted ceiling. I have never done a reno so NO idea on the costs of something like this. We are both handy and will do as much labor/painting as we can.
