Kind of amazing this goes on in this building,THERE IS NO LAUNDRY ROOM,HASN'T BEEN FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS,THE BOARD PRESIDENT HAS NO CLUE,CHANGED BUILDING MGNT 3 TIMES IN LAST 4 YEARS,AND HAS GOTTEN PROGRESSIVELY WORSE.THEY CONVERT 1 BEDROOM APTS INTO ILLEGAL 2 BEDROOM APTS ,WITH NO PERMITS!!!!!!! DOB ,or HPD COMES KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR,BE PREPARED! BUYER BEWARE!
