Poor Experience at 185 Vanderbilt - not liveable

There is extremely poor soundproofing in the unit especially when other tenants walk or talk in the common stairwell. In addition, don't even try to stay in your apartment during business hours if you're on the first floor units. The business operating out of the garage is a knife grinding service and the noise it creates does not create a habitable environment during the daytime. While the units are affordable, the renovations are poorly done and expect a one business day delay for all your parcels as the other tenants are uncooperative with picking up the other tenants' packages - USPS doesn't even have the key to drop it off! The owners only care about the lowest common denominator and saving costs, don't expect there to be heat for 9 months of the calendar year!
