Omni

So I saw some of the discussions on OMNI, especially the ridiculous taxes. My wife and I are looking for a large 3-4 bedroom, and I noticed that at the OMNI, 18/19A duplex and 18B 1-bedroom are both available. Combining the two should make a big and pretty nice space. It would also have, um, $5000/month in total common charges, which is kind of obscene. Two questions for the group: 1) What do people think of the idea in general? And 2) Given the market direction, and their many units for sale, how much of a discount do you think they might give us if we take two units off their hands? Given the common charges, it certainly doesn't make sense at the current listing prices. Thanks in advance.
