This building has been owned by Migdal5 Management since 2014. Be aware that the same entity is behind Migdal1 (5 E 115th St), Migdal2 (307 E 104th St), Migdal3 (24-18 Ditmars Blvd Astoria), Migdal4 (171 E 105th St). Needham v Migdal2 is a case brought against him by a tenant to whom he illegally rented a basement apartment. The case summary is available on the internet.
