Flatbush Condo Glut

I'm still thinking that LIC as an entire "neighborhood" takes the biggest haircut over the next few years... but for specific areas, I have to figure the North/East side of Flatbush is going to get hit the worst. Anybody figure otherwise? What other area is as poised to suffer. I figure 10 or so new buildings from Forte to Toren to Oro (1 and 2 perhaps) to the Gold Street address one, Avalon something, all the way down to 1 Hanson... you're talking about a MASS of mediocre apartments, most of them right next to the projects (and across the VREY wide Flatbush avenue from all the "local" amenities). Forte already saw a bunch of 20% price chops and still hasn't sold out years later. The others haven't even fully come to market. Any other area in this bad a shape?
