Internal Window Condensation in a new development

We've recently purchased a condo unit from a new development building. The building started closing in September and it's been a month since we moved in. This morning I have noticed water all over the window frames and wall near the window throughout the house. It was internal window condensation due to cold weather outside- but our home was not TOO hot nor humid. The temperature was set as usual. Has anyone experienced this for a new development condo building in New York? Can this be considered as a defect in windows or construction related to ventilation? We are so stressed with the issues related to the poor quality of our new home, which is not what we expected at all.
