Discussion about 112 West 73rd Street in Upper West Side
I lived in this building for two years. Overall I was quite happy about the location and the price. But the property manager is really not reliable for any communication channel, including email, phone or text message. After I left, he hold my security deposit for more than four months. I had to call him millions of times and hundred of emails to ask for my security deposit. Also, there is aways one working laundry machine in the basement despite there are four machines. The property manager never ask anyone to fix them.
