Discussion about Greystone at 5-25 47 Road in Hunters Point
Hi- we recently acquired a unit in the Vernon 1 2 3 condominium a block away from Graystone. Same developers - BK - unfortunately we've had several issues post closing ( no postal service because mailboxes were not to USPS spec, ventilation fan too noisy, busted pipe leading to flooding in basement). Nothing massive on it's own but just issues that have been frustrating to get resolved. Please keep this in mind and protest yourself in the P&S to make sure the developers are held accountable to fix any issues that come up immediately after closing.
