Impressive Lobby, good hallway, okish Apt?

Discussion about The Brevard at 245 East 54th Street in Sutton Place
Went to open house here. Love the lobby, elevator, and hallway. But the two real 1 bed units I saw, both have very small kitchen and narrow entry way (basically non-existing foyer). In comparison, the two junior 1 bed have bigger kitchen and a real foyer big enough to fit in a dinning table. Anyone here familiar with the building? Or is also looking?
