The building doesn’t offers 24 hour premium services (even though its advertised) and on-site building manager as well as concierge, doorman and maintenance are terrible-they are rude, not willing to help with anything, and all they do is stand around. The building doesn’t offers 24 hour premium services (even though its advertised) and
on-site building manager as well as concierge, doorman and maintenance are terrible-they are rude, not willing to help with anything, and all they do is stand around. The building manager acts as if he is one of the owners-struts around in tight red pants and always says that “it’s not my job”. The trash smells terrible, elevators break a lot, building board is not active at all and all the costly decisions are made by building manager. There are A LOT of restrictions in the building. For example, every other day there are letters distributed by the building manager about someone leaving their umbrella by their door in the hallway, or someone had their door open while unpacking groceries; it become uncomfortable to live in the building where owners can’t breath and treated awfully.
