Beware, 2 Break ins in the last year

Beware of APT 1, 27 Van Buren St. I lived in this building in a different unit. The last tenant of this 1st floor unit made the rest of the building aware that there was an attempted break in Nov. of 2019 and then a successful break in Oct. 2020 from the backyard. Management did not inform any of the rest of the tenants and we were only made aware by the last tenant and police.
