Possible Pest Infestation

Discussion about The Centria at 18 West 48th Street in Midtown
I looked at an apartment last week and spoke to a resident when I was on my way out- the building has been mostly empty throughout 2020 because of COVID, and apparently cockroaches have started to come into and up the building more without residents present. The maintenance folks have suggested that without the plumbing being constantly used, the roaches are coming up through the shower drains. Buyer beware!
