I wonder how many shoppers know that the limestone edifice across 71st St is arguably the most famous and exclusive apartment house in the world. If I had to have windows overlooking my terrace, I'd be happy with theirs. Daresay 740 residents have better things to do than snoop. I'd snap this listing up in a jiffy, if I were in the market. It's totally seductive.
