Can you actually get a spot in the garage now? What, on average do they go for? Is there direct access from the building? Does the kids playroom look into the gym (is there a large window)? Restaurants etc.: Good spots in a two block radius for dinner/drinks/coffee? Neighborhood: How is it, say, walking to central park daytime and, separately evening? Vibe: Is it a friendly building, eg do people interact with their neighbors in public spaces/are there building events that people attend? I've looked at the Kalahari and it has a very open, friendly vibe, but the Adeline feels colder. Thanks!
