Discussion about 202 Riverside Drive in Upper West Side
Awesome Super who works hard to keep the building livable but a constant battle with deferred maintenance. No working gas in half the building since September. Fired the ‘security’ team 2 weeks before Christmas so no secure way to receive deliveries and people just wander in and out of the building. I recently received a notice from ConEd saying electricity to the common area was on a shut-off notice due to the owner not paying. Elevators work occasionally.
