Do Not Move into this building! Do a quick yelp or google review on Thurcon Properties, the management company and you'll see 30 of the combined 31 reviews are 1 stars. They steal your security deposit, randomly increase rent to the people who pay because supposedly other people aren't paying, don't answer phone calls. It's happening to me right now and it just happened to my neighbors who had to move out.
