This building has gotten worse and worse so I'll be leaving when my lease is up later this year. Negatives: NOISE. Since Covid, I have worked from home but the construction/refurbishment noise is unbearable. They give you advance notice but what good does that do? There's been loud construction noise about 40% of every day over the last year. HEAT. Because this building has many elderly tenants, they keep the heat on during the Spring and Summer even if the temp outside is over 50, so you have to keep every window open to keep from roasting. ELEVATORS. There's only been two out of three elevators in service for the last 18 months and they have no idea when they'll finally all be working.
