Discussion about 1109 De Kalb Avenue in Stuyvesant Heights
Do not move to this building. There is an event space with an out-of-control back patio next door that has raging parties and 'sound concerts' almost every night of the week. The back is also subject to noise from the Hotel RL parties that blast bad rap and hip hop until 3 am.
