Discussion about 315 Garfield Place #3
Me and my pregnant wife were rejected this apartment following a Zoom call with the Landlords after my wife mentioned we were expecting child next year. Prior to the interview broker mentioned the landlord liked our application. Seems to be clear violation of law: https://hcr.ny.gov/fair-housing-information
