worst landlords - stay away

I was the most recent tenant of this apartment, and the building management was absolutely atrocious. I wasn't able to install gas for 2 months because the building wasn't up to code. I didn't have heat for practically all of October, when the law clearly states that it should be turned on. And I am still trying to get my security deposit back., after the check reportedly getting "lost." The management team of the entire building is extremely unresponsive and have no clue how to manage a building. AVOID! It will save you the headache that I'm currently experiencing.
