Discussion about Chelsea Mercantile at 252 7th Avenue in Chelsea
Can anyone who lives in the building comment on how thick the walls/ceilings/floors are? In your experience, to what degree does sound transfer from apartment to apartment (both airborne noise and impact noise)? Thanks
