Discussion about 787 Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights
Do not consider renting in this building under the current management. It has the worst property manager we have ever dealt with. Utilities are sky high and they are unwilling to help resolve. Mail is stolen and they do not care. Seriously, we've lived in multiple rentals in Brooklyn and Manhattan and have love everyone. always sad to go until this one - TERRIBLE.
