Discussion about 161 East 75th Street in Lenox Hill
This building thinks they are a fifth ave co-op. If you're not white, straight or 95 years old, steer clear. I experienced that first hand. The UES will be a better place once this old retrogade generation is phased out. They don't want anything but blue-haired ladies with dogs named Fi-Fi.
