Hi all, I am a journalist and am looking for recent/current buyers who would like to share their experiences in being rejected by co-op boards. I'm looking into whether rejections are happening more frequently and whether reconsiderations are happening more frequently, and why. I'm also interested in a push for co-op boards to be legally required to disclose a reason for a rejection. Thanks!
