When the coop price will decrease?

I have been looking coops(price range around 700K-800K) since last year for about one year. There are price decreases but not much for the coops I wanted. Some people predicted earlier this year that much more price decrease will be made around August or September. After recent economy crisis, when can I expect to have price decrease for that price range coops? After 1/09 as someone mentioned? Also, I do not know where I can find the actual data of current coop sales. Where can I find the detailed information about sales rate of the particular price range coops? Can I find those information somewhere? Thanks in advance for help or comments!
