Any information on this building? I looked at a few units, and while the price per square foot was competitive (1,100 for some lower floor units) the condo costs ($2K/mo for 1,000 sq ft) were quite high. Also, the use of the roof deck/pool/gym is an extra $4K after the first year. Great location though....
