not sure if folks had seen this yet... http://curbed.com/archives/2008/11/05/three_cents_worth_deflating_havoc_across_the_region.php These are the miller samuls numbers charted, with inflation removed... Interesting to see Manhattan and Hamptons stayed afloat the longest, Brooklyn/LIC/Queens turning back in early 2007... but everything seriously down in the last quarter...
