Discussion about 103 East 86th Street in Carnegie Hill
I'm a resident of a B-line apartment. Happy with the place, want to stay but wondering how much negotiation room we have to get the rent down when our lease comes up for renewal soon, any other residents online? Currently paying $6,250 for a 2 bedroom with dining room (Could be 3 bedroom), about 1,300 sq. feet, on mid floor facing rear on medium floor. Apt is pretty dark but very quiet (or will be when that glass condo on 87th street/Park ave is finally done)
