Wait a second..95th and CPW...0 view (actually, you can really see what all your neighbors are doing...like REALLY)...ok size 1 BR, but $3200? CPW address is not worth that much...but I guess time will tell. Meanwhile, of the 20 apt's i've been tracking the last month, only one has rented, 250 RSD. 2 BR, 1 Bath, view of the hudson river, for $3500 (and i think that should have been $3200, tops...) oy, this market
