This is a nice property in a great building. The ceilings are high and there is a lot of pre-war detail. However, it's overpriced given the owner cheaped out on the refurbishments & added details that are like a $2,000 walkup rental. The bathrooms were just down with tan/brownish tinted tiles with tacky white flowers (think 1970s Boca), the bedrooms are small, & the washer dryer are in odd locations in the middle of the kitchen, across from each other. The dryer has a huge exhaust pipe that goes through the window.
