This is a horrible, horrible building--DO NOT RENT OR BUY IN THIS BUILDING !!!! This is a horrible, horrible building--DO NOT RENT OR BUY IN THIS BUILDING !!!! I lived there for 4 years and during that time the elevator was broken/out of service for 8 months, the water boiler never functioned properly (which created minimal-to-no-heat during the winter season), the hot water was also consistently unavailable and there was a rodent issue in the kitchen for 3 + years. The housing board has a record of 25 open violations on this building, none of which have ever been addressed by either the landlords or the management company. Also, do note that agents falsely advertise this building as one with a "live in super" and "pet friendly". Pets are NOT allowed in the building and there is NOT a live in super--there is a part-time super who is rarely on the premises and is unresponsive to requests. I URGE YOU TO NOT RENT AND/OR BUY IN THIS BUILDING !!!!!
