It was from Ivan Rodin, 29, an engineer who was living with his parents in Westchester. After years of saving and nearly a year of shopping, he was finally ready to buy his first place. bareback?
the guy is practically 30 and he lives with his parents. Of course you should feel bad for him!
It's between Columbus and Amsterdam. He liked it last July, probably still does, so no problem that I can see. Might've paid less now, but he wanted it then, as did other people.
sorry exis, i accidently wrote "back" (i guess i should feel bad for myself since i cant spell!)
