I've been in there. The rooms generally seemed just a little smaller than it should have been, and because the building is shorter than surrounding buildings, I got a strong impression of it being dark in the apartments I saw, even in the afternoon.

"this is really the name of a building? sounds ludicrous."

"Ludicrous" or not, it's the building's original name.

The building actually has a very interesting history: From 1931 to 1972, one of the building’s primary tenants was the world’s first and foremest cocoa futures market.

Yes, building is dark. I'm not sure how they calculated sf, but for 1500 sf, the nose units felt awfully small. Two of the three bedrooms are too small for even a full size bed, and the "great room" can't accommodate anything but a round dining table. The common charges are high, but there is no fitness center in the building.

I should say that the finishes are generally nice. The rooms seem about 30% smaller than their reported square footage would indicate (part of that is just due to the odd shape).
