It means it's under contract, I believe. Doesn't mean the sale has closed yet, necessarily.

it means that the seller is in denial. they are dreaming about pull out, rent for a year, then back to the market to sell. NOT SO! Rental market is much worse than selling. it just means the sellers are going to lost more money. they can't rent out and will be back to market again, with another 20% cut haha

The great majority of the 'no longer available' properties in my SE saved listings are apts that failed to sale and are taken off the market.

There are a bunch of status changes that real estate agents can make in our database that all seem to come out as "no longer available" -- so you have to ask your agent whether a specific property is TOM (temporarily off market, usually equals pulled for renovations), POM (rented or the seller realizes they won't get their desired price) or Sold.
