Discussion about
I am looking to buy in Brooklyn Height and surrounding neighborhoods. Can anyone recommend a good broker, particularly for low-mid-range budgets?

Thank you,#2. Question: Is it generally acceptable to work with more than one agent?

be careful... that broker is always online here so you're better off with someone else

yes i had 5 . its all confidential and you can do what you want. dont let them bully you into believing that you should stick with them. when i was just starting out on my search i was really clueless and had the worst broker who wasted my time for months

We liked Michael Connolly from Halstead.

If you feel really comfortable with a broker and feel they are good honest and hardworking then I feel it behooves you to only work with them. They will work harder for you knowing that you are a real and loyal buyer and that eventually they will be paid. When you work with a million of them noone works that hard for you and they are more apt to pressure you into any given sale, because there is no "relationship" to be honored there.

Good feedback, #7. Then if you are to find yourself unhappy with their performance it probably would follow that you would tell them so & then say, "Adios!" On to the next guy.
