Discussion about
no longer available does not mean sold. even if it this unit went into contract the final price isn't made public until after the sale closes. that usually takes at least 3 months.
how often does this mean the unit was pulled from the market versus into contract? anyway to know?
As I understand it, SE pulls or is fed data from the brokerage houses. Status is just a field in the data, or an XML attribute, so something. SE is showing "No longer available" because that's what SE got from the broker, not "In Contract" or "Sold" or some other status.
Once SE gets closed-sale data from the city, it'll link the closing to the previous listing.
Here is the link to info about the building. The aparment is listed in the bottom chart "ACTIVITY FOR THE BUILDING"
Shouldn't the price be listed once it gets moved to this part of the page?

no it's moved to that part when it stops being actively marketed for some reason. reasons being in contract, sold, or taken off the market. it'll stay that way until more info is available. you are not going to get instantaneous information in nyc real estate. it just doesn't work that way.
Sometimes SE seems to miss closed sales - I also usually check PropertyShark. Between the two seem to find most closings
