Discussion about
gee, who mentioned the 444 east 86th address?
What could be considered a price / percentage differential from UES to Yorkville. I was on Yorkville last Friday for a medical exam, and despite being in NYC for 14 years, I'd never been up there. Seems kind of nice, of course it was a bright summer day.
it depends on what you're comparing it to. too many micro-markets on the UES to come up with a blanket number. but some buildings have been historically very inexpensive comparatively. 80 EEA comes to mind. 333 East 79th, also. actually, there are many buildings that used to be very inexpensive.
some people hate it, others wouldn't live anywhere else.
I love Yorkville - I'll be moving there eventually. Both my parents and sister live up there. Free babysitting is tempting as the nice prices.
i'm not so fond of the food options, but it's gotten much better. it's very peaceful. and cccharley, it's great for a mom, as i'm sure you know.
this isn't in yorkville, i know nothing about the school, and it needs work (otherwise, it's just stellar, joking), but the price is right for the size and maintenance.

aboutready - will you shut the fuck up already? nobody cares. you're as big a fool for engaging and egging-on the bottom dwellers of this board as they are, and therefore share a large part of the responsibility for the ugliness we all have to weed through to get to anything worthwhile or meaningful. so go away please. how can you possibly think anybody gives a shit what you think after the vitriol you endlessly spew here. you are bewildering, obsessive, and seem to have an elevated opinion of yourself that nobody else shares. go away, change your name, get a life.
that was a lovely showing. aren't you a sweetie also.
Not bad AR -I think there will be lots more like this. Wonder if it's dark- first floor and all
What's a "mezzanine level"? Do you think there's an actual elevator stop called that, or do they just mean a slightly raised ground floor?
AR, somebody did way up in the thread. I just thought it was a good example of something suitable for the original poster. Is not a condo, though.
AR, the one you post is a better example. A real 2/2, not a converted Jr4.
