Discussion about 30 Bayard Street #11B
FYI: 10B closed in May for $999,000 or just over $700/sqft. I am not sure exactly where the market is right now, but my guess is that with all the new deals in the hood going for ~$650 this one would fall into that range.

that building is great, but its always been overpriced

That's rich:

"MANSION TAX PAID BY THE SELLER PLUS 50K PARKING SPOT IS INCUDED IN THE PRICE!"

If this goes into contract anytime soon, at between 650-700 sqft, there won't be any mansion tax due.

I know this is apples and oranges. But decent places in Manhattan are going for less. See 50 Pine 11N. Maybe not as luxurious but how far apart does it have to be.
