That being said, if you lived your adult life in this city and you were here for the 80s before the devil's dandruff was sufficiently demonized most house parties were in the bathroom or the kitchen where the living room served as a holding pattern until you could get into the kitchen or bathroom. Those of us with non-addictive personalities gave up on that drug b/c of the dosing regime or the cost. The first time I saw cocaine was maybe 1980 and I remember asking how much that tiny bag cost. Donald made billions, Macklowes made billions, Kushners made billions and my dad (let's call him daddy monkey) is 10x richer than I and hasn't had to work in 15 yrs (me just 7yrs).

Given all this, I would think a person such as yourself wouldn't be sharing an office with a RE borker's desk abutting yours in the waning years of your career. If I had no kids, and was in my mid 50's, I'd be traveling the world with my wife never looking back.
