For rent, but 75 1/2 was rounded up to 76 in the address and no mention of the 9 1/2 foot width:

"NYC Most Desirable Townhouse"? Really. I think there are a few others that might be more desirable, unless you are a munchkin.

$10k per month rent doesn't seem too bad...but if someone bought it to rent it out, not a very good ROI on a $2+ million investment.
