Sold for $2,212,500 in May 2007. Going to be interesting to see what it goes for now. $1.5-1.6mm?

Great example of why real estate is a wonderful investment. Best case if they sell for asking (which they won't get in 20 years) they're out $404K between closing costs (3%), broker fees (6%) and decline in value since May 2007.
