well, financing might be a bit of a problem since banks won't finance in small buildings especially when it is 95% vacant. Cash buyers with 7 million have a lot of inventory to choose from and may not want a small building with a disjointed layout that is 95% vacant.

Cyber news? No.

Only 1 unit appears sold (unit2) and one or two may be rented. You have to take the broker's word for it I guess when they list it as "rented."

I think this coming Jan/Feb should be quite interesting for the "new" condo market.

Units do look nice.
