I went to see this property today and it is grossly misrepresented as 80% renovated. This house is only appropriate for someone willing and prepared to do a total renovation. The greenhouse while attractive is freezing. The place is a mess. Consider yourself warned.

Thanks for the heads up, I was going to go with my wife today. Brokers punching below the belt like this has really gotten unsavory.
