Flamo. Is that why my friend finally got a call about a failed development in w'burg yesterday???????? It's a deal that had no traction for a year and he finally gets a call. Flamo. Hmmmmmmmm. Who's right gs or this vulture?

IMHO. Id take a pass on re for awhile.

They did walk away from the Forte so I am not surprised to hear this.
